Privacy policy.
My Life Command Center is a personal dashboard for projects, task boards, Markdown Quick Notes, and a focus timer. This page explains the information used to run it.
Effective October 7, 2026
Information we receive
When you choose Continue with Google, Google and Supabase Auth provide basic account information needed to sign you in: your Google account identifier, email address, and profile information such as your name and picture. We use the identifier to keep your account separate from other accounts and the verified email address to support invitations to shared boards. This version does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or other Google content.
We store the projects, tasks, custom fields, board settings, Quick Notes, and focus settings you create or import into the app. Your saved Quick Notes are private to your account. If you choose to share a board, the people you invite can see and change that board's tasks; they do not gain access to your Quick Notes or personal focus settings.
How we use and store information
We use your sign-in information to authenticate you, load your private dashboard, and identify invited board members. We use your saved content only to provide the app's features. Supabase hosts authentication and the database. Vercel hosts the website and processes app requests. Google provides the sign-in service. These providers may process technical request information as part of operating their services.
On your device, the app may keep your sign-in session, unfinished task or Quick Note drafts, timer state, and read-only snapshots of boards you own so that you can resume after a refresh or temporary loss of connection. Shared boards are not saved for offline viewing. You can use the app's Clear saved data control or your browser's site-data controls to remove local copies.
We do not sell your information or use your content for advertising. This version does not connect to your Obsidian vault during ordinary use. An import from a vault is a separate, owner-initiated operation.
Keeping and deleting data
Your account content remains in the database while your account is active, unless you request its deletion. Archiving a project or task hides it from the active view but does not delete it. Local drafts and snapshots remain on a device until cleared, replaced, or removed by browser storage controls. Service providers may retain operational records and backups according to their own policies. To request access to or deletion of your account data, contact us at johncyrboston@gmail.com.
Security and changes
The app uses authenticated requests and database access rules to separate accounts. Board access is granted only when an owner chooses to share that board. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We will update this page when the app's data practices change and revise the effective date above. Questions about this policy can be sent to johncyrboston@gmail.com.
